Collaborative relationships are crucial in:

• delivering our Council Plan
• transforming the way we deliver public services
• developing our future strategy

We aim to build effective partnerships with national, regional and local organisations. This includes those in the private, public, and voluntary or community sectors.

Health and Wellbeing Board

We work with our partners in the health and care system on the Health and Wellbeing Board. It aims to improve the health and wellbeing of our local population, and to reduce health inequalities. 

The board is a statutory committee of the council. It includes agencies such as the NHS Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group, Healthwatch Southwark and the Metropolitan Police Service.
