If you're struggling with your mental health the Southwark Wellbeing Hub helps you get the right support.
You may already be getting help with your health and care from a professional, for example your GP or therapist.
They may speak to you about getting support with your mental wellbeing from adult social care.
If you need additional or specialist support with your mental health, the Southwark Wellbeing Hub can also refer you to one of our adult social care teams.
If you're not getting any support and think that care and support from us might help contact the Southwark Wellbeing Hub.
They provide mental health support and advice.
They will talk to you about options that are available, this may include:
Your GP can also refer you to the Wellbeing Hub.
If necessary, they can refer you to the South London and Maudsley Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Service.
If the Wellbeing Hub refers you to us, we’ll make sure your details go to the appropriate team as soon as possible.
This is so they can respond in the best way.
