Pay your care invoice online, by Direct Debit, bank transfer or over the phone.

Direct payments

If you choose to arrange your own care and support, you can use direct payments to pay for it.

If we arrange care and support for you we'll send you or your representative regular invoices, unless you're using direct payments.

Pay your invoice

The simplest and easiest way to pay your invoices is by Direct Debit. 

Once you’ve set it up you do not have to do anything else. 

We’ll send an invoice to you before we take each Direct Debit payment to keep you informed.

To set up a Direct Debit call our income and collection team on 0207 525 1111.

They’ll ask for your 11-digit customer reference number on your invoice. It starts with a 5.

You can also pay by:

  • debit or credit card online
  • bank transfer 
  • calling our 24 hour automated line on 0345 6000 611

See your invoice for our bank details. Use your invoice number as your payment reference for each method.

Contact us as soon as possible if you think your care charge is wrong, or you cannot afford to pay.
