Help with your energy bills

Get energy-saving advice, or see if you're eligible for help paying your energy bills. 

Help is available until at least the end of March 2025. 

Eligibility

You may be able to get financial help from the service if you:

• live or work in Southwark or are a private landlord who rents out property in Southwark
• are about to lose your energy supply because of unpaid bills
• qualify for extra government support this winter, but have not received it or are having trouble accessing it

The service is open to all. Priority will be given to low-income and other vulnerable households most affected by rising energy bills.

This service is a partnership between us and the Citizens Advice Southwark. Contact them to apply.

This winter major energy suppliers are offering support to low-income customers and/or vulnerable customers struggling to pay their energy bills.
