Overview
You can ask for an alcohol premises license or club premises certificate review if you are a local resident or run a business near a licensed premises and its activities affect you. There is no fee for this.
Your request must relate to issues that occur at or near the premises.
The review must be about issues happening at or near the premises. It should be linked to:
- preventing crime and disorder
- public safety
- preventing public nuisance
- protecting children from harm
