- each of the responsible authorities

All parties have a right to appeal against any decision made.
Gambling premises licence conditions
Every gambling premises licence has mandatory conditions it must follow. Some might also have conditions limiting their operating hours. Mandatory conditions cannot be changed or removed, but the licence holder can apply to change or remove default conditions.
The Gambling Act 2005 (Mandatory and Default Conditions) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 detail the specific conditions that gambling premises must meet.
