Age-restricted products
We carry out undercover test purchasing of age-restricted products and services.
This means we’ll send underage or young looking volunteers to try to buy age-restricted services or products like alcohol or vapes.
Test purchasing may be secretly observed and recorded. We'll always let businesses know the results of our test purchasing.
Asking for proof of age or ID should be standard practice for all businesses selling age-restricted products or services.
