Pre-schools
Pre-schools offer play and early education for children aged 2 to 5.
This can be by the session or all day and is usually provided in term time.
Check with your provider for exact times and days to make sure it meets your needs.
Pre-schools are registered and inspected by Ofsted.
All early years and childcare settings have a duty to be inclusive and meet the needs of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Many pre-schools are supported by the Early Years Alliance.
