The Southwark Homeowners Conference takes place on 19 October, hosted by the Southwark Homeowner Forum.
The conference is now fully booked.
This is a chance for homeowners and freeholders who live in Southwark council managed properties to find out about their rights and responsibilities.
You can also:
- meet and connect with fellow homeowners
- meet council officers and councillors
- hear from independent organisations about the services and support they offer

The conference is on Saturday 19 October 2024 from 9am to 4.30pm at:
William Booth College,
Champion Park,
SE5 8BQ
This is the largest gathering of local authority homeowners in the country. The three previous conferences have attracted on average over 300 delegates.

Council officers and marketplace
Council officers will be on hand to answer your questions and help with understanding how your bills are calculated. There will be presentations from the council and independent professionals and an opportunity to ask questions. Members of staff working in the following areas will also attend:
- major works
- building safety
- communal repairs
- district heating
- responsive repairs
- leaks from above
- resident involvement
- housing management
The conference will also feature a marketplace with information stalls. Exhibitors include Citizens Advice, Leasehold Advisory Service and LEASE.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
