Ellen Brown Adventure Playground (APG) received a much-needed transformation with updated play equipment, redesigned paths, and refreshed surfacing.
The first phase of the project to improve the Ellen Brown building's interior was completed, and the second phase of works to improve the exterior facilities commenced in September 2024.
The playground is now an all-inclusive space featuring an eye-catching climbing tower with a slide, and also state of art interactive play equipment for children between the ages of 8 to 15.
The centre reopened in December 2024, and it was celebrated with an event attended by children of the local community and their families and the local ward councillors.
