Offer day is a very busy time for our school admissions team. Many families across London will be receiving their child’s secondary school offer at the same time as you.
If you cannot get through on the phone and you cannot find the answer to your question in the email we sent you, you may find it in the brochure ‘Starting secondary school in Southwark 2025/26’.
Otherwise, you can email or call us. The school admissions team aims to respond to all telephone and email enquiries within 10 working days.
We advise you to try and avoid calling at midday.
