Our online forms, MySouthwark accounts and services.southwark.gov.uk webpages are now working. If you are still seeing an error message, please clear your cookies and cache.
Let the school admissions team know if your child's home address has changed.
If your child’s home address has changed after submitting your child's application but before the application deadline, you must update your application immediately.
Sign in to eAdmissions, add the new address and re-submit the application.
If your child's home address changed after the application deadline, download and complete a change of address form.
You should send it by email to our school admissions team: schools.admissions@southwark.gov.uk.
Do not return your form by post.
Once the school admissions team receives your form, your child's new home address will be updated on their application after ‘offer day’.
Your child's application will be sent to the schools you selected on the form. They will process the application again based on your child's new address.
