The recommendations

After meeting for three months, the jury has now given its recommendations for changes to help Southwark meet its climate ambitions. The council will take the recommendations to a meeting of the Cabinet and provide a response to the points raised by the Citizens’ Jury.

Some of the key requests were:

make walking great again!
affordable, accessible and appealing public transport
improvements in energy efficiency of housing
transparency, accountability and progress monitoring
