Description

The Summer Reading Challenge encourages children ages 4 to 11 years to keep reading during the school summer holidays. They can choose any book they enjoy to read, from chapter books, comics or even information books. On their reading journey they will find lots of fun characters and join them in a creative story. There are stickers to collect for their special folder and after reading 6 books they earn a certificate. Each week children will be entered into a prize draw and get the chance to win fun prizes. It’s free to take part and children can sign up at any Southwark Library.
