Get benefit information, advice and help with application forms if you're a council tenant.

MySouthwark service point offers advice and information to council tenants from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

We offer:

  • 30 minute to 1 hour appointments (complex enquiries about Council Tax and Housing Benefit)
  • 15 minute fast-track appointments (document submission and general enquiries about Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Blue Badge applications)

If you need housing advice, speak directly to your resident or income officer.
