MySouthwark service point

MySouthwark service point offers advice and information to council tenants from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

We offer:

• 30 minute to 1 hour appointments (complex enquiries about Council Tax and Housing Benefit)
• 15 minute fast-track appointments (document submission and general enquiries about Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Blue Badge applications)

• booking online
• visiting the MySouthwark service point in Peckham
• calling 020 7525 4115

We'll book an in-person or phone appointment.

Make sure you have your reference number and required documents with you for your appointment.

If you need housing advice, speak directly to your resident or income officer.
