Better broadband

Sometimes, broadband internet improvements occur in your area. 

You will not be automatically upgraded when this happens.

It’s a good idea to do your research, for example, check:

• broadband developments in your area as sometimes providers attend Tenants and Residents Association meetings or they’ll send you a letter before
• you’re with the best internet provider
• you’re on the right contract with your provider
• that your provider is offering the latest broadband speed available 

If you’re not sure about the speed of your broadband you can check it on the Think Broadband website. You can also use our map to identify connection speed.
