Home Purchase Grant

Once we receive your application we'll contact you to make an appointment to verify your identification. 

We'll need to see:

• 2 official forms of photo identification, like passport or driving licence, for each applicant

• your Council Tax statement for the current year

• your tenancy agreement

• proof of residency (a total of 12 documents from at least 3 different sources, covering the past 12 months)

Proof of residency documents

Your residency documents:

• must show your name and address

• must be active if you're using bank statements

• cannot be from Southwark Council
