Tenants' and homeowners' forums
Join our tenants' forum or homeowners' forum to give your views on the management of housing services and homes.
The tenants' and homeowners' forums are places where you can help to shape and improve housing services.
At the forums, tenants and homeowners can:
- raise any concerns about the management of housing services and homes
- give their view on policy changes affecting council residents, like rent and service charges
- advise the council on how to involve residents
- get updated on housing services
Members of both forums meet each other regularly to look at issues that affect both tenants and leaseholders.
Forum representatives are elected by other residents to make decisions in the forum. To be elected as a representative, residents:
- give us an expression of interest or nominate other residents
- attend the annual election at a local housing forum meeting
- vote during the meeting
If you want to know more about the forums or how to become a representative contact the resident participation team.
