Find a Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) or local housing forum. Advice on setting up, running and funding a TRA.
Set up a TRA
If there isn’t a TRA already covering your area, we can help you set one up. It's an easy process and there is free training if you need it.
Once you’ve set up a TRA, you can get access to funding to cover running costs. You can also apply for funding for:
- local projects
- social activities
