You can now book a 15-minute online appointment to discuss your 2025/26 service charge Estimate invoice with one of our officers.
The online appointment can be booked Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:45pm up to and including Friday 11 April 2025. After this date the service will no longer be available.
Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an email to confirm your upcoming booking on Microsoft Teams with a link to join the meeting.
Officers may allow a few minutes if you are late, otherwise you will be marked as a NO SHOW and will need to book the next available timeslot. You can manage your booking, reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time.
You should provide a summary of what you would like to discuss regarding your 2025/26 service charge invoice to help us prepare for your appointment.
Drop-in discussion
Alternatively, officers will be available in the Innovation Space, 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH to discuss your 2025/26 service charge Estimate invoice only, on the following days:
- Monday 24 March, 10am to 4pm
- Wednesday 26 March, 10am to 4pm
- Friday 28 March, 10am to 4pm
