Final discovery outcomes

Following the discovery phase it has been established that data is at the heart of the viability assessment process, but it is being poorly collected, shared, used and analysed at the moment. The work with FutureGov has indicated that a digitally driven approach to viability assessments could benefit local authority planners, viability consultants and developers.
