Estate permits

If you live on an estate, you can apply for or renew an estate resident parking permit.

You can apply for an estate resident parking permit if you're a leaseholder, tenant or resident of the following tenant management organisations (TMOs):

  • Fair Community Housing Services
  • D'Eynesford TMO
  • Webber & Quentin TMO
  • Wrayburn WCO

If you live in a different TMO, you should apply for a permit directly to them.

Your first estate parking permit is free. A second costs £96.60.

You'll need to send us:

  • a copy of vehicle registration document (your car's V5C log book)
  • your tenancy agreement to prove your residency

If you've hired the vehicle, you'll need to send a letter on a company letterhead. It should include the vehicle details and the period of hire.

You'll receive an email to renew your estate permit 30 days before it expires. To renew:
