Have your PCN number (starting JK) and your vehicle registration mark ready.

You have 28 days to pay the penalty charge or appeal against it. Find out how to challenge your parking ticket.

You will get an early payment discount of 50% if you pay within 14 days (or 21 days for a CCTV penalty).

Include your name, address and the PCN number with the cheque.

If you send payment by post, remember:

do not send cash
we are not able to accept post-dated cheques
to enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope if you want a receipt
to state the amount allocated to each PCN number if you are paying more than one ticket
