We have to consider every objection that is sent. We’ll reply to the sender and let them know the final decision.

Provide feedback on TMO consultations for:

• static restrictions
• moving restrictions

If you think we have not followed the correct rules, you can appeal to the High Court within six weeks of the TMO being made.
