Potholes and road problems
Report potholes and other road defects which can cause injury and damage to vehicles.
Tell us if you come across a road problem so we can get it fixed.
We cannot deal with potholes and road defects on ‘red routes’ maintained by Transport for London, or private roads that have not been adopted by the council.
We’ll fix potholes and road defects in order of priority. For example, we’ll repair a pothole on a busy high street before we’ll deal with one on a quiet road.
