We cannot deal with potholes and road defects on ‘red routes’ maintained by Transport for London, or private roads that have not been adopted by the council.
We’ll fix potholes and road defects in order of priority. For example, we’ll repair a pothole on a busy high street before we’ll deal with one on a quiet road.
