Travel passes

If your pass is stolen, report the theft to the police who will provide you with a crime reference number.

If you lose your pass, report it to Immobilise and get a reference number. 

To apply for a replacement Freedom Pass:

Visit the Transport for London website if you need a replacement 60+ Oyster photocard.
