Completions
Tables 3 and 4 show the employment floorspace delivered through completion of minor and major schemes since the beginning of the 2019-2020 financial year.
The figures for completed floorspace include planning consents other than those permitted through prior approval.
Practical completion or substantial completion is the point at which a building project is complete, except for minor defects.
