Trees

Contact planningenquiries@southwark.gov.uk if you want us to issue a tree preservation order (TPO). 

If you plan to prune or remove a tree that is protected in a conservation area, you need to give the council 6 weeks’ notice by emailing planning.enquiries@southwark.gov.uk.

Flooding

Email floodriskmanagement@southwark.gov.uk if:

• you're making a planning application and want to discuss flood risk
• you own a flood asset and want permission to change, remove or replace it
• you'd like a flood management project set up in your area
