Planning application amendment service

If your case officer asks you to make a change to your application they will contact you and explain why an amendment is necessary. They only suggest amendments if they think your application will not be approved.

You can either:

• accept the suggested amendments, pay the charges and submit updated plans and documents to your case officer 
• or, refuse the amendment and risk your application being refused planning permission
• or, withdraw your application
