A planning performance agreement (PPA) is between us (the local planning authority) and you (a planning applicant). It supports a development proposal, from the pre-application stage to the decision. After we've made a decision, you can use the agreement to meet conditions and duties.

You'll pay our standard pre-application advice charges at first. But, PPA charges will be tailored to your application.
