We maintain a register of people looking to buy plots of land in Southwark to build their own home.

Once you register, we'll tell you if a site we own becomes available that meets your needs.
We designed the registration questions to give us a clear picture of your aspirations and the type of site you want. You'll need to have a local connection to join the register.
Additionally, we will ask for details about what you can afford. This is to confirm that you have enough money to buy a self-build plot.
Information that's submitted for registration purposes will not be shared with any other parties. We publish an annual figure of the number of people on the register and the required number of plots, but no personal details are shared.
Registration does not guarantee that a suitable plot will be identified or become available. Applicants must be able to show proof that they are either a British citizen, a national of another EEA country, or of Swiss nationality and are aged 18 or over.
