Call the police on 999 if the dog is acting dangerously.
Lost dogs
If you’ve lost your dog, contact Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, local vets and charity vet hospitals.
If it’s been microchipped contact your microchip database to say your dog is missing.
Make sure they have your correct contact details.
Stray dog
If the dog has a dog tag with contact details get in touch with the owner.
If the dog does not have a tag you can:
- call us to collect it on 0800 952 4444, between Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, including holidays
- report it to Battersea
Contact the RSPCA on 0300 1234 999 to report any other types of stray animal.
