Pest control cost

We charge for:

• inspections
• treatments

Council tenants do not need to pay for most of our pest inspections and treatments. 

If you’re on benefits you may be able to get a discount.

For other residents, we may charge for this service.

Inspection costs

Inspection costs £75.72. 

If you’re eligible for a discount it costs £37.80. 

Treatment cost

The cost of treatments vary depending on the type of pest.

It may cost more if you have pests in more than 5 rooms.
