How it's taught

You'll practice on a mat or chair.

Each session will start with relaxation, a breathing exercise and a short warm up.

You'll start with foundational postures and gradually deepen your understanding and experience of each one.

You will gradually build strength, flexibility and confidence in your practice, one step at a time.

Each week, you will aim to relax more into each sequence of postures. You'll be encouraged to explore each pose more deeply.

Your instructor will demonstrate the postures.

With your permission, they may physically adjust your alignment using gentle touch.

They'll monitor and assess the group practice throughout the session, to ensure exercises are carried out safely.
