Dr Velma McClymont will discuss her new book, Walk-Foot Woman and Other Poems , and her historical novel, Little River (1731-1712) , about the Scottish sugar barons in Jamaica. As a Windrush child, she will also speak about coming to England in the late 1960s. There will be signed copies of both books on sale.
