"Me, You, Us" Toddlers Dance & Music Workshops 2-4 Years
In these two one hour workshops, both toddler and parent engage in practical activities, dance, music, mirroring & playful fun, with the focus on enhancing parent-child bonds, whilst fostering healthy physical, mental and emotional development.
The workshops include a warm up, dance, playing with musical instruments, marching, stamping, circle work and JOY.

Following the success of the courses ‘DANCE AROUND THE WORLD’ (2023) and ‘ME, YOU, US’ (2024), and observing the joyful, playful interactions between toddlers and parents, two more hour long workshops are being offered on February 17th & 18th 2025.
Incorporating Dance, Music, and Play, exercises will be proffered to help strengthen the bond between toddler and their accompanying adult. This interaction between parent & caregiver includes benefits such as improved attachment, social & communication skills, confidence and trust in themselves and the world around them.
Various dance & music styles will be introduced, plus an assortment of musical instruments/props/and sensory tools utilised to nurture gross and fine motor skills, balance, co-ordination, rhythm, and concentration. Ending with massage techniques applied by toddler and parent, the workshops will evoke a sense of calm, and well-being.
With a community from multi-cultural backgrounds and 300 languages spoken in Southwark, DANCE offers a universal language, through which we learn not only about ourselves but how we interact in the world and with those around us. Through dance, and music, these free workshops encourage a playful interaction between parent/primary caregiver and toddler, giving opportunities to explore their inner and outer worlds, whilst moving towards healthier, stronger, and engaged lives.
Superarts provides a familiar, safe place where bonds are created, and opportunities for good quality psycho-social functioning relationships are promoted.
