We can hire and service more recycling bins than the agreed amount, but not more household waste bins. This is because we want to reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfill which harms the environment.
You can encourage residents to reduce, reuse and recycle their household waste by putting up our recycling poster.
You could also put up information about what should go in the household waste and recycling bins. Wrong items in recycling bins can contaminate the rest of the waste which stops it being recycled.
