Report benefit fraud

Benefit fraud is where people claim any benefit, including Housing Benefit, that they are not allowed to get.

Anyone who knowingly does not declare their true circumstances when receiving benefits is committing fraud.

Examples of this type of fraud include not saying you work when you do, or that your partner lives with you when they do not.
