You need a club premises certificate to authorise the supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment in a qualifying club.
Any person or business can comment on your application for a club premises certificate. These are representations.
Representations must be made in writing to us or by email to licensing@southwark.gov.uk. They must be received within 28 days of the date on the notice.
Your club premises certificate will be granted and issued if there are no representations in this 28 day period.
Once the licence is approved, it is valid indefinitely. It is subject to an annual fee, which is due on the date the certificate was approved.
