Animal welfare licence
You need a licence to sell pets, board cats or dogs, hire horses, breed dogs or keep or train animals for exhibition.

Fees
You pay a fee for the application, and if your license is approved, you pay a separate 'compliance' fee.
You can pay the total fee when you apply, or you can pay the application fee first and the compliance fee after your license is approved.
