Before you start

Before you apply for an alcohol personal licence, you’ll need:

• a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check which is less than one month old
• a completed Disclosure of convictions form
• 2 passport-sized photos with a white background, one signed by an approved professional
• proof of right to work in the UK, such as a current passport or birth certificate
• licensing qualification if you are going to sell alcohol
