Our centres provide advice and support for parents and carers, from pregnancy to when a child starts school.
Southwark has a wide range of services all in one place to meet you and your child's needs. They are available to you from pregnancy to when your child goes into reception class at primary school.
Our centres offer a place for you and your child to socialise. Children can make friends and learn as they play. You do not need to book an appointment.
Each of our centres is unique, but they all provide a core set of services, including:
- professional child and family health services
- high-quality childcare and early learning services
- advice on parenting
- access to specialist services like speech therapy, managing money and healthy eating
- helping you find work or training opportunities
They also offer support to children aged up to 10 and their families through targeted support, including assessment and support plans
