What you must do during the party
Organisers are responsible for not creating a nuisance to residents in the area, through noise, litter or anti-social behaviour.
We will make organisers' contact details available to the police and our enforcement teams.
At least 1 of the organisers must be present at any time during the street party.
Access to the street
Some residents and businesses may need to use their vehicles while the street is closed. This should be incorporated in your plans.
You must leave a clear route, at least 4 metres wide, along the entire length of the road for emergency vehicle access.
Barriers to close the road
FM Conway will provide barriers during the week before the party. Organisers are responsible for putting them in place at the agreed time and for staffing them at all times during the closure.
