We provide comfortable sheltered housing if you want to continue living independently and are:

• over 60 years old
• over 55 years old with a disability
• not having your support needs met in your current property

We manage sheltered homes alongside local housing associations across Southwark. 

Most sheltered housing schemes have:

• self-contained flats with 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom
• a residents’ lounge
• a communal laundry room 
• communal gardens 
• a 24-hour alarm service for help in an emergency
