How we support you
We offer support to help you stay independent and maintain a good quality of life, including:
- the opportunity to meet new friends
- a friendly and secure environment
- an introductory tenancy leading to a secured tenancy after a year
- a dedicated sheltered housing officer (Mon to Fri, 8am to 4pm)
Our sheltered housing officers do not provide personal care services, or carry out daily tasks like shopping, cooking meals or cleaning.
For these services, you’ll need to be assessed by the adult social care team.
