Contact us
If you’re homeless or at risk of homelessness, we're ready to support you.
We’ll carry out an assessment of your housing needs.
If you’re eligible, we’ll give you a personalised housing plan that sets out the steps you and the council should take to relieve or prevent your homelessness.
Our office opening times are:
- Monday and Tuesday, 9am to 4pm
- Wednesday, 10am to 4pm
- Thursday and Friday, 9am to 4pm

You can also contact other organisations helping people at risk of homelessness to find help that fits your needs.
Prepare for the call
It’s a good idea to have certain documents ready when you call us, like:
- proof of identity, like your passport or immigration status
- proof of homelessness, like a notice from your landlord
- any relevant information, such as medical information
