Contact us to:
- offer your home to us first (right of first refusal), if selling within 10 years
- apply for exempt disposal, if selling within 10 years
- repay your discount, if you're selling with 5 years
We have 8 weeks from the date you apply to accept or reject your offer to buy your home.
However, we aim to provide a decision as soon as possible, usually within 10 working days.
We charge:
- £138 administration fee to process the application
- legal fees of £174.98 + VAT and disbursements
