Homeowners must make sure all gas appliances, like boilers, are safe and well maintained. 

If you have a boiler in your property you should get it regularly serviced and safety checked.

If you're a landlord this is a legal requirement. 

If you own an ex-Southwark council property you can use our Gas Safe engineers to carry it out for you. 

It costs £120.67 which includes a £45 admin fee.

You'll get:

• a gas safety check 
• your boiler serviced
• a Gas Safe certificate if it passes safety standards
• an inspection of any other gas appliances, like fires and heaters
