Request a repair

Once we've finalised the charge for the year, you can request a repair to the external part of your block or to a communal area by:
- sending an email to repairs@southwark.gov.uk,
- accessing your MySouthwark account to report and track your housing repairs
- telephoning our repairs service on 0800 952 4444.
