What happens next

We'll instruct our valuers to arrange the valuation and negotiate the price with you. 

You should also find a professional valuer to act on your behalf. If we cannot agree on a price we may refer to the First-tier Tribunal.

Once we've agreed a price we'll complete the process and authorise the freehold sale. 

Both parties can then instruct solicitors to complete the conveyancing process.

You must pay all outstanding service charges and costs relating to the flat.
